天麻素注射液治疗脑梗塞的临床探讨

[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of gastrodin Injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:128 cases of cerebral infarction patients according to treatment methods were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 64 cases in each, while the control group was treated with compound danshen injection intravenous drip treatment, observation group used gastrodia elata prime injection for intravenous drip observed and compared of two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results: In the observation group, the total effective rate and the neurological deficit scores were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Gastrodin Injection in treatment of cerebral infarction is safe and reliable, clinical curative effect.%目的：探讨天麻素注射液治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：128例脑梗塞患者依据治疗方法分为对照组与观察组，各64例，对照组予以使用复方丹参液静脉滴注治疗，观察组予以使用天麻素注射液静脉滴注，观察并对比对两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率、神经功能缺损评分均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：天麻素注射液治疗脑梗塞安全、可靠，临床疗效显著。
