2型糖尿病微血管并发症患者血同型半胱氨酸影响因素的研究

[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of blood homocysteine (Hcy) levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with microvascular complications. Methods: 71 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with microvascular complications, according to body mass index (BMI) points for obese group and non obese group, compared two groups of blood Hcy level, gender, age, duration of diabetes, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), TCH, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, C-peptide levels, bun, CRE, HbA1c, SBP, DBP. Results:The level of Hcy in obese group was significantly higher than that in the non obese group (P<0.05). The BMI, FPG, HbA1C, TG, HDL-C, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and Hcy levels were positively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Hcy levels of the patients with T2DM were closely related to the metabolic indexes.%目的：探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）微血管并发症患者血同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平的影响因素。方法：71例T2DM微血管并发症患者，按体重指数分为肥胖组与非肥胖组，比较两组血Hcy水平、性别、年龄、患者病程、FPG、TCH、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、C-肽水平、BUN、CRE、HbA1C、SBP、DBP的情况。结果：⑴肥胖组Hcy水平明显高于非肥胖组(P＜0.05)。⑵BMI、FPG、HbA1C、TG、HDL-C、收缩压、舒张压与Hcy水平呈正相关(P＜0.05)。结论：代谢性指标与T2DM微血管并发症患者的Hcy水平关系密切。
