苓甘五味姜辛汤联合西医疗法治疗慢性咳嗽的临床研究

摘要

To observe the curative effect of linggan-wuwei-jiang-xin decoction combined with western medicine therapy on chronic cough.Methods:A total of 80 chronic cough patients were selected and grouped by random number as the control group(40 ca-ses,treated with oral administration of Methoxyphenamine Capsules)and observation group(40 cases,treated with linggan-wuwei-jiangxin decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group).The two groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,cough symp-tom score and cough disappeared in two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cough score and time for cough disappearing in the ob-servation group were significantly lower or shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the cough disappearance rate was signif-icantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic cough with linggan-wuwei-jiangxin decoc-tion combined with western medicine can significantly improve the treatment effective rate,significantly relieve cough symptoms and short-en cough disappearance time.%目的:观察苓甘五味姜辛汤联合西医疗法治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效.方法:选取80例慢性咳嗽患者,利用随机数字表法分为观察组(40例;甲氧那明胶囊口服联合苓甘五味姜辛汤治疗)和对照组(40例;甲氧那明胶囊口服治疗),两组均持续治疗1个月.比较两组临床疗效、咳嗽症状评分及咳嗽消失情况.结果:观察组治疗总有效率92.50%,与对照组患者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗后,观察组患者与对照组患者比较,咳嗽消失时间显著性缩短、咳嗽消失率显著性升高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用苓甘五味姜辛汤联合西医疗法治疗慢性咳嗽,可促使患者治疗有效率显著提升、咳嗽症状显著好转以及咳嗽消失时间显著缩短.
