CO2激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)对尖锐湿疣患者的治疗效果及安全性

摘要

Objective: To probe into the clinical effects safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) combined with CO2 laser in treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods: 84 cases of patients with condyloma acuminatum and who received treatment in our hospital from Jan2015 to Jan2016 were sampled,and were divided into 2 groups according to the number parity method.The odd numbered of 42 cases in control group were treated with simple CO2 laser treatment,while in the even number in the observation group, 42 cases were treated with ALA-PDT combined with CO2 laser.Then,the treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results: Compared with the control group, in the observation group,the cure rate were improved,and recurrence rate were lower (P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of ALA-PDT combined with CO2 laser therapy on condyloma acuminatum patients are significant,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients, and the recurrence rate is low.%目的:探讨CO2激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)对尖锐湿疣患者的治疗效果及安全性.方法:整取抽样2015年1月~2016年1月我院就诊的尖锐湿疣患者84例,按数字奇偶法分为2组,奇数进入对照组42例,单纯采取CO2激光治疗,偶数进入观察组42例,采取ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果:对照组比较,观察组治愈率提高,复发率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对尖锐湿疣患者采取ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗的效果显著,有效缓解患者症状,且复发率低.
