疼痛日记在痔术后疼痛管理的应用价值

摘要

目的:探讨痔术后患者记录疼痛日记对术后疼痛管理的价值.方法:将100例行混合痔外剥内扎术患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组采取按需止痛方法,治疗组在此基础上再配合记录疼痛日记,两组进行统计分析.结果:治疗组能及时准确提供疼痛信息,痔术后疼痛控制效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:疼痛日记在痔术后疼痛管理具有一定的价值.%Objective:To research the application value of pain diary in hemorrhoid postoperative pain management.Methods:60 patients undergoing Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy were randomly assigned into two groups:a record group (50 patients) and control group (50 patients).Control group adopts the method of on-demand pain,record group on the basis of this combined with pain diary,the pain control results of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The pain information was supplied more timely and the record group,and pain control was significantly better than control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Pain diary has some value in the management of hemorrhoid postoperative pain.
