把长期担任研究室主任工作的感性体会进行了认真梳理和再认识,重点就研究室主任的工作任务、工作思路和工作方法进行了总结.%In this paper we sorted out carefully and re-recognized the perception of the head of research section based on long-time experiences.It focused on the summary of the work task,working idea and methodology.
