大型综合性医院实验室安全管理问题与对策

摘要

Technology platform is an important component of technical innovation of a hospital,and safety of laboratories is a prerequisite for building research hospitals.Proceeding from building a research hospital,this paper conducts in—depth analysis of the problems in the safety management of laboratories,in terms of awareness of safety,structural layout,staffing,routine management,biosafety,medical ethics,etc.,and discusses the strategies for the safety management of laboratories,in hope of providing theoretical support and valuable reference for the safety management of laboratories and the construction of research hospitals.%科技平台是医院科技创新体系的重要组成,实验室安全是创建研究型医院的重要前提.本文以大型综合性医院创建研究型医院为出发点,从安全意识、结构布局、人员配备、日常管理、生物安全、医学伦理等方面深入剖析了目前实验室安全管理中存在的问题,探索了大型综合性医院实验室安全管理对策,期望为实验室安全管理及大型综合性医院创建研究型医院提供理论支撑和有益借鉴.
