目的:由DICOM图像首行和首列的方向余弦矢量,计算出图像的方位信息.方法:首行首列的方向余弦做叉积运算,得到图像平面的法线方向余弦,进一步分析出来图像的方位信息.结果:建立VC++项目.读取DICOM图像方位余弦数据元素.定性分析图像在三维坐标系中的图像方位信息.结论:编程实现了DICOM医学图像方位计算,对医学影像诊断和三维重建旋转中的方向定位具有重要的意义.%Objective: Based on the direction cosine vector of the first row and first column of DICOM images, calculate the image orientation information. Methods: The first row and the first column of the direction cosines do cross product operation to obtain the image plane of the normal direction cosine,further analysis by the image orientation information. Results:Establishment of VC++ project, read DICOM image orientation cosine data elements, qualitative analysis of image in three-dimensional coordinates of the image orientation information. Conclusions: Programming of the DICOM medical image orientation calculation, the medical diagnostic imaging and three-dimensional reconstruction of the direction of rotation of the positioning is of great significance.
