在高校相关专业开设独立PACS类课程基本教学问题的探讨

     

摘要

Objective: The PACS sort of curriculum shares the same common features of general computer application courses as well as sharp characteristics of medical image major. This paper is dedicated to analyse and discussi necessities of setting an independent PACS sort of curriculum for relating majors of universities as well as the issue of curriculum contents setting together with related teaching problems. Methods: To effectively perform teaching of PACS sort of curriculum, in addition to properly selecting contents of the book and teaching material in the class, actually it is also required to be closely associated with other aspects such as practices, curriculum homework, related knowledge to be self-taught, and so on. At the same time, appropriate teaching time and proper teaching methods should be chose as matching measures. Results: The main contents or methods mentioned in this paper are practiced during the course of teaching, and more ideal teaching effect is obtained. Conclusions: It is very necessary to set an independent PACS sort of. curriculum in concerned majors. Thanks to the cross-discipline features of PACS, it is very hard to convey enough related contents only by limited periods of class teaching and practical steps. To effectively solve this problem, taking the teaching network as a media, the curriculum contents as a handle, helping by carefully designed practice steps and abundant of materials in the teaching network, uniting organically every teaching aspect of PACS sort of curriculum together can form an efficient system of curriculum training and teaching, which will further promote and improve teaching effect and efficiency of such kind of cuiriculums.%目的:PACS类课程既具有计算机应用课程的一般特点,又具有鲜明的医学影像专业特色.本文分析并讨论在高校相关专业本科生中开设独立PACS类课程的必要性以及课程内容设置与相关教学问题.方法:欲有效实施PACS类课程的教学,在精心选取教材和课堂讲授内容的基础上,还需要与本课程其他有关环节的密切配合,如实践环节,课程论文作业,课程相关自学知识等等,同时要注意选择合适的开课时机并采用适当的教学方法予以配合.结果:对于文中所讨论主要内容或方法,在教学过程中已经有所实践,并取得了较为理想的教学效果.结论:在相关专业开设独立PACS类课程是非常必要的.由于PACS课程的跨学科特点,难以在学时有限的课堂教学和实践环节中传授足够多的相关内容,为了有效解决这一问题,以教学网站为媒介,以课程内容讲述为抓手,配合精心设计的实践环节和大量的网站相关资料,把PACS类课程各个教学环节有机统一在一起,形成高效率的课程培养和教学体系,必会进一步增进并改善该类课程的教学效果和效率.
