静息状态下不同姿势心电的RR间隔研究

         

摘要

Objective:Does the ECG R-R clearance have a certain relationship with the height between the heart and the ground? In order to answer this question,and in order to further explore the relationship between the height from the heart to the ground and the ECG R-R clearance,we have carried out a study.Using experimental exploration of the small sample of people in the resting state,what happened about the ECG R-R clearance when to change the height between the heart and the ground? Methods:In this study,we detected the heart rate changes of seven graduate students in three different states:lying,sitting and standing.And we studied the RR clearance contacting with the height between the heart and the ground.Results:After a long time to research for seven students respectively in lying state,sitting state and standing state,Eventually we obtain an important result,that is,in the resting state,the ECG RR clearance is the largest when students in lying state; the ECG RR clearance is larger when students in sitting state; and the ECG RR clearance is the smallest when students in standing state.Conclusions:After obtaining the above state,the higher between the heart and the ground,the smaller of the RR clearance,that is the result,and after a detailed and in-depth analysis of this result,we have a conclusion:in the resting human heart beating faster.This conclusion has very important significance for further study in the ECG RR clearance,and also opens a new chapter for the ECG.%目的:人的心电图中的R-R间隙是否与心脏与地面的高度成一定的关系呢?为了解答这个疑问,同时也为了进一步探寻静息状态下,人的心脏同地面的高度与心电图中R-R间隙的关系,我们展开了研究.利用小样本实验探究人处在静止状态下,当改变人的心脏与地面的高度时,心电图中的R-R间隙会有什么样的变化呢?方法:本实验通过检测7名在校研究生在平躺、坐立、站立三种不同的状态下的心率变化情况;研究在静息状态下,人的心脏高度与R-R间隔之间的联系.结果:经过我们长时间对7名受试者在静息状态下分别对平躺状态、坐立状态以及站立三种状态的实验研究,最终得出了一个重要的结果,即在静息状态下,平躺状态时的心电图的R-R间隔最大,坐立状态时的心电图的R-R间隔次之,然而,R-R间隔最小的便是人在站立的状态.结论:得到上述结果之后,在对结果进行了详细而又深入的分析之后,得到了这样一个结论,即在静息状态下,人的心脏与地面的距离越大,R-R间隔越小,即人的心脏跳动的越快.这一结论对进一步研究心电图中的R-R间隔具有非常重要的意义,也为心电研究揭开了新的篇章.
