分级诊疗制度下发展区域医疗中心重症医学科的探讨

摘要

抓住国家实施“分级诊疗和双向转诊”医疗改革制度的机遇，对于区域医疗中心重症医学科的发展提出两点构想，即：扩大重症医学科规模及强化学科自身建设；建立重症医学三级联盟。此外提出了目前双向转诊和分级诊疗障碍、下级医疗机构对于重症患者的上转时机滞后及区域医疗机构重症医学科自身的管理水平不高等均是阻碍重症医学发展的主要问题。%To seize the opportunity of medical reform of "hierarchical medical system and dual referral" systems implemented in China, the authors put forward two ideas for the development of the critical care medicine of regional medical center, that is, expanding the size and strengthening the self-building of critical care medicine and establishing three-level alliance of critical care medicine. Besides, the authors point out that at present, the barriers in dual referral and hierarchical medical system, the lagged referral of critical patients from lower medical institutions to the higher ones, and the low management level of regional medical institutions in the aspect of critical care medicine are major problems impeding the development of critical care medicine.
