医院竞争力综合排名方法的研究

摘要

To look for the evaluation standards suitable for hospitals in Chinese mainland, with reference to international hospital evaluation index, through the third-party layered evaluation system of hospital, Management Research Center of Hong Kong Ailibi Hospital conducted layered and classiifcation evaluation with quantitative and objective indexes. Since 2011, with the application of mathematical model, it launched the “four horizontal and three longitudinal” competitiveness ranking of county-level hospitals, prefecture city hospitals, provincial capital hospitals, top hospitals, non-public hospitals, hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine and provincial hospitals, and explored and improved the evaluation index system of hospitals as a third party. The evaluation system has a certain reference signiifcance for the government’s evaluation of hospitals.%为寻找适合中国内地医院的评价标准，香港艾力彼医院管理研究中心在参照国际医院评价指标基础上，通过“医院第三方分层评价体系”，以定量、客观的指标对医院进行分层、分类评价。从2011年开始，应用数理模型，推出包括县级医院、地级城市医院、省会市属医院、顶级医院、非公立医院、中医医院和省域医院等“四横三纵”的医院竞争力排行榜，以第三方身份，探索、完善医院评价指标体系。该评价体系对政府评价医院具有一定参照意义。
