分析了近年来临床常见的骨科植入物失效的因素,包括骨科植入物内在质量、医源性因素以及患者因素,并对如何规避此类事件的发生进行了初步探讨.%The clinical failure factors of Orthopedic implants which happened recent years have been summarized.The main failure factors are quality of orthopedic implants itself, iatrogenic and patient-derived.The ways to preventive measures have been suggested.
