本院供应室所用高温高压脉动蒸汽灭菌器，在灭菌消毒过程中，无纺布包器械持续出现湿包现象，有较多冷凝水残留，严重影响灭菌效果。针对故障现象研究后，通过对供应蒸汽锅炉房和管道重新设计整改，完美解决湿包故障。%Our hospital has instaled a couple of high temperature and high pressure pulsation sterilizers. However, after the process of disinfection and sterilization, we found that many non-woven bags in which wrapped the contaminated medical devices were wet. This abnormal phenomenon continuously has happened a couple of times. Having excessive condensed water inside the wrap bag wil severely affect the sterilization effect, so we did a scrupulous survey of the phenomenon and the structure of the machine and the steam boiler. At last, we came up with a perfect solution, that is, to make a redesign of the steam boiler and the steam conveying pipeline network.
