目的 研究中晚孕期正常胎儿大脑中动脉(MCA)血流波形的变化规律,建立中晚孕期正常胎儿MCA血流正常参数值范围.资料与方法 应用彩色多普勒超声检查495例20～43孕周正常单胎胎儿,测量胎儿的MCA-S、MCA-D、MCA-PI、MCA-RI及MCA-S/D.结果 获得正常中晚孕期胎儿MCA各参数正常值范围;其中MCA-S、MCA-D与孕周呈线性正相关;MCA-PI在孕20～28周与孕周呈线性正相关,在孕28～43周与孕周呈线性负相关;MCA-RI、MCA-S/D在孕20～28周与孕周相关性接近于0,在孕28～43周与孕周呈线性负相关.结论 在孕20～43周胎儿MCA血流速度随孕周的增加呈线性增加,孕28～43周其PI、RI、S/D随孕周增加呈线性减低.%Purpose To study the change of middle cerebral artery (MCA) in normal pregnancy during second and third trimester, and to determine the normal values of MCA Doppler parameters. Materials and Methods 495 normal singleton pregnancies from 20th to 43rd week underwent Color Doppler measurement of MCA-S、 MCA-D、 MCA-PI、 MCA-RI and MCA-S/D. Results Normal values of MCA were found out; MCA-S、 MCA-D were positively correlated with pregnancy week; MCA-PI was positively correlated with pregnancy week from 20th to 28th week,but negatively correlated from 28th to 43rd week. MCA-RI and MCA-S/D were not correlated with pregnancy week from 20th to 28th week, but were negatively correlated from 28th to 43rd week. ConclusionsMCA velocity will increase with pregnancy week from 20th to 43rd week but its PI、 RI and S/D will decrease with pregnancy week from 28th to 43rd week.
