Objective 6 recurrent cases of Primary retroperitoneal tumors(PRPT) after opertion were reviewed, to discuss the value of dignosis of recurrent PRPT in ultrasonography. MethodsAll (4 men and 2 women) were verified by operation and biopsy. Results4 of 6 cases were sarcomas, 4 cases were recurred once time, two times and four times each one. ConclusionUltrasonography can not only diagnose location of PRPT, but also provide reliable information for therapy or surgery. It can also be used in finding out the local recurrent masses after operation. Follow-up must be important in sarcoma.%目的通过回顾性分析6例原发性腹膜后肿瘤术后复发病例，旨在探讨超声对原发性腹膜后肿瘤术后复发的诊断价值。方法男4例，女2例，全部经手术和病理证实。结果6例中术后病理报告肉瘤4例。复发1次者4例，复发2次和复发4次者各1例。结论超声对原发性腹膜后肿瘤除可定位诊断外，还可为手术方案的制定和手术难度的判断提供可靠依据。更主要的是，超声便于近期多次复查。因此对恶性肿瘤尤其是病理证实为肉瘤者，一定要重视术后随访。
