多普勒超声观察原发性开角型青光眼患者指动脉血流动力学

摘要

To explore the general hemodynamic changes in patients of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) through observing the finger artery hemodynamics. Methods The right and left ring finger artery of 41 cases diagnosed with POAG (POAG group) and 88 health adults (normal control group) were scanned, and the hemodynamic parameters were obtained and compared according to sex, side and age (≤30,31—40,41—50,51—60 and>60 years). Results The resistance index (RI) in POAG group was higher than that in normal control group, while the peak velocity was lower. Conclusion POAG refers to the existence of hemodynamic disorders showing in the lower artery flow and higher RI, suggesting that the patients have systemic vascular disease, therefore hemodynamics should be improved at the same time of local treatment.%目的 通过分析原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者指动脉的血流动力学,探讨POAG患者全身性血流动力学的改变.方法 对41例临床确诊的POAG患者(POAG组)和88名健康成人(正常对照组)的左、右手无名指固有动脉进行扫查,获得血流动力学参数,并按照性别、左右侧别、年龄(≤30岁、31～4 0岁、41～50岁、51～60岁、＞60岁)进行分组比较.结果 POAG患者的指动脉峰值流速低于正常对照组；阻力指数(RI)高于正常对照组.结论 POAG患者的指动脉存在血流动力学障碍,主要表现在动脉流速偏低和RI增高,提示患者常伴有全身性血管疾病.临床应在局部治疗的同时改善患者的全身血流动力学状况.
