基于转化医学理念的医学教学改革

摘要

Translational medicine emerging as a new concept in medical field, concentrates on the integration of theory and practice , and the conjunction of basic medical science and clinical medicine. Barriers between the basic medicine and clinical medicine existing in medical education in China make students possess limited intelligence, narrow perspectives and low creativity etc., causing the medical teaching unable to conform to the demand of translational medicine. The article introduces the basic conception of translational medicine and the necessity of medical teaching reform, the meth-ods of promoting teaching reform by integrating the curriculum systems, bettering experimental teach-ing systems, strengthening humanities education, improving faculty construction and optimizing eval-uation system for students.%转化医学是医学领域出现的新概念，强调理论与实践相结合，基础医学与临床医学相整合。我国医学教学中存在基础与临床相脱离等问题，导致医学生知识面狭窄、视野不开阔、创造性缺乏等，不符合转化医学对医学教学的要求。在此介绍了转化医学的基本概念，转化医学理念下的医学教学改革的必要性，并探讨如何通过整合课程体系、改善实验课程模式、加强人文素质教育、强化师资力量、完善评价体系等措施对医学教学进行改革。
