香港大学李嘉诚医学院分别于1997年与2012年全面改革了内外科医学学士的课程体系,形成了目前运行的六年制课程体系.该课程体系的结构组成与特点突出体现在前3学年的教学安排上,既适当延长了专业基础课程总论、PBL教学、整合教学等部分的课时,又丰富深化了基于系统的课程模块、早期接触临床与医学人文教育等部分的教学内容,是“以能力为导向”的多种形式综合教学模式,具有很好的借鉴意义.%HKU's Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine reformed their curriculum system of Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery in 1997 and in 2012 respectively,and formed a six-year curriculum system which is running.Based on large amounts of raw materials,combined with on-site to learn from experience,the purpose is to introduce the structure and characteristics of this curriculum system,as well as its specific implementation of the method in the first three academic years.Compared with the old curriculum system,the significant difference is the arrangement of the first three-yearteaching,they not only extend reasonably the teaching time of the general part of basic medical courses,PBL teaching,integrated teaching,but also enrich and deepen the teaching contents of the system-based modules,contact to clinical early and medical humanities education.It is a kind of "ability oriented" comprehensive teaching mode which provides a good example for us.
