临床医学硕士研究生招生改革措施的探讨

摘要

This paper analyzes the current enrollment situation of clinical medical postgraduates, such as the gap between schools and regions, the structure of students diversification and the uneven quality, discusses the training target of clinical medical postgraduates, probes into the principles of enrollment for clinical medical postgraduates and the reexamination program which includes re qualification examination, qualification examination, physical examination, interview, written examination, clinical skills assessment, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.%本研究分析了当前临床医学研究生招生过程中出现的学校、地域的差距,生源结构多样化,质量参差不齐,调剂制度不完善等问题.探讨在实现临床医学研究生培养目标的基础上,改革临床医学研究生招生原则和复试方案,包括复试资格确定、资格审查、体检、面试、笔试、临床技能考核等措施和建议.
