2017 SCMR心脏磁共振参数定量技术专家共识解读

摘要

2017年心血管磁共振协会(society for cardiovascular magnetic resonance, SCMR)颁布了关于心血管磁共振成像(cardiovascular magnetic resonance,CMR)参数定量技术(T1、T2、T2*mapping和细胞外间质容积)临床应用的专家共识,作者主要从临床适应证、成像方案和技术推荐、临床应用现状及未来等方面对该共识进行详细解读,以期为国内从事心血管磁共振成像的医师提供相关参考和依据.%A consensus statement for cardiovascular magnetic resonance mapping techniques (T1, T2, T2*and extracellular volume fraction (ECV)) was released by the society for cardiovascular magnetic resonance (SCMR) in 2017. In order to provide relevant reference, in this article, we mainly interpreted this consensus statement in terms of clinical indications, practical recommendations for protocols and techniques, current state and future of clinical applications.
