Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are the main methods in therapy of NSCLC. The identification and characterization of predictive markers of radio- and chemo-sensitivity will be beneficial with customized treatment of NSCLC patients. This article will review the evidence regarding breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA1) as a new predictive marker for chemotherapy and radiotherapy of NSCLC.%非小细胞肺癌( non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)是世界范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一.放化疗是其治疗的主要方法,研究和确定临床上NSCLC放化疗敏感性预测和诊断的靶向分子和指标将有利于NSCLC患者的个体化治疗,以获得最佳治疗效果.本文就BRCA1作为NSCLC放化疗疗效的重要指标的研究现状做一综述,以期为临床NSCLC患者个体化放化疗提供参考.
