低剂量阿德福韦酯相关低血磷性骨软化症3例并文献复习

摘要

通过对3例低剂量阿德福韦酯相关低血磷性骨软化症的临床资料回顾分析后发现，长期使用阿德福韦酯的慢性乙型肝炎患者，应高度警惕肾脏-骨骼毒性。密切观察临床表现，定期监测血磷、碱性磷酸酶及肾功能等指标，以免误诊误治。%Clinical data of 3 cases of low-dose adefovir dipivoxil induced hypophosphataemic osteomalacia were retrospectively analyzed. We found that kidney and bone toxicity should be paid attention to in the long term use of adefovir in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Closely observation of clinical manifestations and regularly monitoring of blood phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, renal function and other indicators were needed so as to avoid the misdiagnosis and wrong treatment.
