二级驱动的串行TFT-LCD显示终端设计

摘要

A kind of universal serial TFT-LCD display terminal with ATmegal28L as the 2nd driver is designed and implemented.SPI serial Flash is employed to store multiple sets of ASCII and GB2312 character matrix data and background images.High level display commands from external master controller could be received through RS232 or RS485 standard interface and trigger requested display operations.Actual applications reveal that this terminal could help to reduce display control burden for master controller and could be used as universal information output device for many kinds of microcontroller-based systems.%设计并实现了一种采用ATmegal28L作为二级驱动器的通用串行TFT-LCD显示终端,利用SPI串行Flash存储多套中英文字库和背景图片,对外提供RS232和RS485两种标准接口,可接收外部主控器串行发送的高级显示命令,实现其要求的显示效果.多个项目的应用实践表明,该显示终端有利于减轻主控器的显示处理负担,可作为多种单片机应用系统的通用信息输出设备.
