紫外临边探测光谱仪通讯与数传系统的设计与实现

             

摘要

In order to ensure that the ultraviolet limb imaging spectrometers can finish the engineering task satisfactorily,monitor and research the earth limb spectrums,the communication and data transmission system was designed and implemented.Firstly,the structure and the operating principle of communication and data transmission system were introduced.Secondly,the function of communication was designed in detail,the fault diagnosis and treatment method based on communication timeout and data error was proposed.Then,the function of data transmission was designed in detail,the data transmission method based on 8b/10b was proposed.Finally,the experimental results of orbital flight were analyzed.The experimental results indicated that communication and data transmission system could realize the instruction communication and scientific data transmission.The data transmission frequency of annular spectrometer was 80 MHz,the data transmission frequency of forward spectrometer was 40 MHz and the performance test results satisfied the requirements of technical indexes.The results of RS-422 serial communication indicated that the delay error between byte and next byte was no more than 2 ms,the delay error between receiving message and feedback message was no more than 5 ms,which effectively improve the continuity,timeliness and reliability of communication system.%为了保证紫外临边探测光谱仪圆满完成工程任务,实现对地球临边光谱的观测研究,设计并实现了通讯与数传系统.首先,介绍了通讯与数传系统的构成及工作原理;其次,对通讯功能进行详细设计,提出一种基于通讯超时和数据错误的故障诊断与处理方法;然后,对数传功能进行详细设计,提出一种基于8b/10b的数据传输方法;最后,对紫外临边探测光谱仪在轨飞行的实验结果进行分析.实验结果表明:通讯与数传系统实现了高可靠的指令通讯及科学数据传输;环形成像仪的数传频率为80 MHz,前向光谱仪的数传频率为40MHz,性能测试结果满足技术指标要求;RS-422串行通讯过程中,字节间延时误差不大于2 ms,接收消息与反馈消息的延时误差不大于5 ms,有效提高了系统通讯的连续性、及时性和可靠性.
