陕西省兴平市中医药传统知识调查报告

摘要

Objective To explore problems in conservation of TCM traditional knowledge and propose solutions by interviewing featured programs of TCM traditional knowledge in Xingping City of Shaanxi Province.Methods Programs were screened. Literature research and on-site interview were adopted to complete this survey.Results Four program groups or individuals, namely, the Mengs' three therapeutic treatments for female infertility and tonifying spleen and appetizing pill production; Yuchuntang's fresh almond eyedrops; Erlong Bone-Injured medical powder in Xiaguandao; Zhangs' activating blood and setting bones powder production, are all the traditional programs in Xingping, Shaanxi province, which pass to generations and can be applied to clinical treatments, with challenges in inheritance.Conclusion The loss of TCM traditional knowledge is much less obvious than tangible resources. It is necessary to improve the survey, organizing, documentation and protection of domestic TCM traditional knowledge.%目的 走访陕西省兴平市中医药传统知识特色项目,探寻中医药传统知识存续所遇到的困难并提出解决方法.方法 筛查项目,通过文献研究与实地走访的形式,完成本次调研.结果 兴平市孟氏中医妇科不孕三法治疗方药和孟氏中医男女开胃健脾丸制剂方法、育春堂杏核凉眼药、下官道二龙骨伤散、张氏活血接骨散骨科方剂 4 个项目单位或个人均为陕西省兴平市中医药传统项目,传承数代并应用于临床诊疗,但是在传承上仍然面临挑战.结论 中医药传统知识在民间的流失相比有形资源的流失更加隐蔽,加快并完善国内中医药传统知识的调查、整理、建档、保护,刻不容缓.
