基于清代温病学著作的络病理论探讨

摘要

Theory of collateral diseases originates from the book ofHuang Di Nei Jing. In the Han Dynasty, Zhang Zhongjing discussed the relevant pathogenesis and treatment of accumulation and malaria inJin Gui Yao Lue in detail and proposed treatment for collateral diseases, such as attacking chronic diseases slowly. In the Qing Dynasty, with the development of doctrine of epidemic febrile diseases, many experts in this doctrine proposed new theories for treating collateral diseases, such as Wu Youxing's theory of "the intercourse between host and guest" in the book ofWenYi Lun?Zhu Ke Jiao, Ye Tianshi 's theory of "chronic diseases involving collateral diseases" in the book of Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An, Wu Jutong's theory of "early diseases in collateral diseases" in books of Wen Bing Tiao Bian andWu Ju Tong Yi Anand Xue Shengbai's theory of "the intercourse between host and guest in jueyin meridian" in the book ofShi Re Bing Pian. With the efforts of many experts in the doctrine of epidemic febrile diseases, theory of collateral diseases is perfected constantly, and has become the new theory to understand the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The clinical application of the theory is expanding gradually, which has made great contributions to the development of collateral diseases.%络病理论起源于《黄帝内经》,汉代医家张仲景在《金匮要略》中对积聚、疟母等相关病症的病机、治法进行了详细论述,并提出宿邪缓攻等治络大法.至清代,随着温病学的发展,许多温病学家提出新的络病理论,如吴又可在《温疫论?主客交》中提出了络病"主客交"理论,叶天士在《临证指南医案》中提出了"久病入络"理论,吴鞠通在《温病条辨》及《吴鞠通医案》中提出了"初病在络"理论,薛生白在《湿热病篇》中提出"主客浑受在厥阴"理论等.在这些温病学家的努力下,络病理论不断完善,成为论治疾病的新的理论认识,其临床应用范围也逐步扩大,为络病学的发展做出了重要贡献.
