The urine formed elements staining is of importance for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of urine system diseases. In this article, we describe several kinds of improved staining techniques, such as cytochemistry staining, fluorescent staining and textile dye staining. The prospect of urine formed elements staining technology is also described.%尿液有形成分染色技术对泌尿系统疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要临床意义.本文介绍了各种改良染色法、细胞化学染色法、荧光染色法及纺织染料染色法的发展概况,并对尿液有形成分染色技术的发展前景进行了阐述.
