慢性肾脏病个体化诊断研究进展

摘要

Three strategies for nephrologists are to recognize the signs of early diagnosis of chronic kidney disease ( CKD),to identify and treat risk factors of progression of CKD and to cure or slow-down the progress of end-stage renal disease (ESRD). The idea of individual therapies obtaining optimal clinical results in tumor treatment urged people to find and apply biomarkers for personalized diagnosis of the risk factors of CKD susceptibility and progression,which provide a rationale for pursuing personalized medicine.(Chin J Lab Med,2012,35:784-789)%如何早期识别慢性肾脏病(CKD)、识别并处理影响其进展的危险因素、纠正并延缓终末期肾病(ESRD)的发生及恶化,是肾脏病界努力的三大策略.随着肿瘤个体化治疗的兴起,人们开始致力于寻找并应用生物学标记对CKD易感及其进展的危险因素进行个体化诊断,以期为CKD病患者的个体化干预及治疗奠定基础.
