目的 观察EGF/Gastrin联用对实验性1型糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞再生的影响,为糖尿病的治疗开辟新途径.方法 选用Wister大鼠,一次性腹腔注射STZ(55 mg.kg-1)诱导1型糖尿病模型.实验分3组:正常对照组、糖尿病组及EGF/Gastrin组.EGF(1 μg.kg-1)/Gastrin(3 μg.kg-1)每日一次,连续14日.实验结束检测各组大鼠的空腹血糖、血清Insulin及C肽等生化指标;进行HE染色,观察胰岛形态学变化.结果 EGF/Gastrin组大鼠空腹血糖明显低于糖尿病组(P<0.05);血清Insulin、C肽含量及胰岛β细胞数量均明显高于糖尿病组(P<0.05).结论 EGF/Gastrin联用能够降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖,并使血清Insulin 和C肽含量增加,胰岛β细胞数量增多,功能得到改善.%Objective Purpose To observe the effects of combined use of EGF and Gastrin on the pancreatic β cell regeneration in type 1 diabetes experimental rats and find new methods to treat type diabetes .Methods STZ (55m g ·kg - 1 )solution was intraperitoneal injected once on the Wister rats to creat the type 1 diabetes rats model .Rats were devided into 3 groups which were labeled Control Group ,DM Group and EGF/Gastrin Group .EGF and Gastrin were given to the rats in the EGF/Gastrin G roup (EG F 1μg .kg - 1 ,Gastrin 3μg ·kg - 1 ,once a day) for 14 days .At the end of the experiment ,Biochem ical items like fasting blood glucose ,serum insulin and C-peptide levels were tested while specimens were stained with HE method to observe the morphology changes .Results Fasting blood glucose levels of rats in the EGF/Gastrin Group were much lower than those in the DM Group ( P < 0 .05) while the serum insulin ,C-peptide level and the pancreatic β cell amounts in the EGF/Gastrin Group were much higher or more than those in the DM Group( P < 0 .05) .Conclusion The combined use of EGF and Gastrin can lower the blood glucose of diabete rats and increase the content of serum insulin and C -peptide .However ,pancreatic β cell amounts were increased and their function were improved .
