Objective The laboratory is now in using WHO 2001 fourth edition reference range of human semen. To 2010 WHO the fifth edition of the normal reference range of human semen, whether the use of these reference values, instead of the fourth edition of the reference range of human semen variables, whether it is more applicable to the regional population and the laboratory test system. Methods The experiment mainly based on CLSI (Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute) standards document C28-A3. 80 normal reference individuals taking the fifth edition of the semen on the validation of reference intervals. Results Normal reference interval with reference to the fifth edition of semen, infertility and varicocclc group group indicators of abnormal semen was 91. 3% and 38. 3% , compared with the fourth edition,and 96. 7% and 97. 5% for the regional population of the laboratory clinical diagnosis of reproductive disease. Conclusion Fifth edition of the semen reference laboratory range can be transferred to our laboratory.%目的 探讨2010年WHO第5版的人类精液正常参考区间能否代替2001年WHO第4版人类精液的参考区间,验证新参考区间是否更适用于本实验室所在区域人群及实验室的检测系统.方法 本实验主要根据CLSI(临床实验室标准化协会)标准文件C28-A3(小样本参考个体验证)文件,抽取80例正常参考个体对第5版的精液常规参考区间进行验证研究,并用两组异常组(不育组和精索静脉曲张组)验证第5版参考区间的适用性.结果 正常组4个主要指标均小于10%结果在新参考区间外,其参考区间均可转移,对照新精液参考区间,不育症组和精索静脉曲张组精液分析指标异常率为91.3%和38.3%,比第4版的97.5%和96.7%,更适用于临床医生对男性生育能力的评估.结论 第5版精液参考区间适用于本实验室区域人群,可作为本实验室新精液检查参考区间.
