血细胞分析指标生物参考区间在山西省临汾地区适用性验证

摘要

Objective To verify the biology reference intervals about WS/T 405-2012 of 18 indication of blood cell analysis in our laboratory in Linfen, and ensuring their clinical application. Methods Verification was performed in according with the recommendation by WS/T 402-2012. Reference samples were collected from 20 healthy subjects and were tested by the Sysmex XT-2000i. Results The rate that the results of 18 testing indicators in 20 reference subjects were within the biology reference intervals was greater than 90%. Conclusion The biology reference intervals being used are suitable for our laboratory in Linfen, however, regular reappraisal and reverification are needed.%目的：对原卫生部制定的 WS/T 405-2012血细胞分析参考区间中规定的血细胞分析指标白细胞、红细胞、血小板、血红蛋白等18项检测指标的生物参考区间进行验证，使之适用于本地区。方法采用原卫生部制定的 WS/T 402-2012临床实验室检验项目参考区间中推荐的小样本验证方法，选择健康参考个体20名，采集符合要求实验标本，按实验室标准操作程序（SOP）操作文件要求，采用 Sysmex XT-2000i 血细胞分析仪进行规范检测分析。结果20名健康参考个体检测的18个检验项目结果超出生物参考区间的概率均不超过10%。结论血细胞分析该18项指标新规定的生物参考区间适用于本实验室；但仍需要定期评审。
