扩散张量成像在兔肾栓塞模型中的应用探讨

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the application of the diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) in the rabbit model of kidney cmbolization. Methods 20 rabbits were cmbolizatcd unilateral renal artery, and then all rabbits were examined with DTI using a 1. 5T MR scanning within 30 minute. ADC,FA values in the cortex,medulla were calculated and analyzed followed by medullary fiber tractography. Results In normol kidney, there were significant differences (P<0. 05) in ADC,FA between cortex and medullary. In cmbolization kidney. There were no differences (P>0. 05) in ADC、FA between cortex of normal kidney and cortex of cmbolizatcd kidney within 30 minute. There were significant differences (P <0. 05) in ADC、FA between medullary of normal kidney and medullary of cmbolizatcd kidney within 30 minute. Conclusion DTI can quantitatively determinate the molecular motion of water in normal kidney and the cmbolizatcd kidney, and provide information on subtle structural changes, which could be used for early diagnosis of kidney cmolizatcd disease.%目的 探讨磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)在兔肾栓塞模型中的应用.方法 20只新西兰试验兔,采用股动脉插管行肾动脉栓塞术,术后行肾脏DTI检查.分析肾脏皮质、髓质以的表观扩散系数(ADC)、分数各向异性(FA值)的变化,并行髓质纤维束成像.结果 正常肾肾皮质ADC、FA于正常肾肾髓质比较,两者差异具有显著性(P<0.05),正常肾与栓塞肾30 min内肾皮质ADC、FA比较,差异没有统计学意义,但正常肾与栓塞肾肾髓质ADC、FA值差异有统计学意义.结论 DTI可测定肾脏动脉栓塞病变中水分子运动的差异,并提供有关组织细微结构变化的信息,对肾脏动脉栓塞性病变的早期诊断有重要意义.
