脑肿瘤患者脑电图(EEG)及脑电地形图(BEAM)的特点分析

         

摘要

Objective To compare and analyze the characteristics of electroencephalogram (EEG)and brain electri-cal map (BEAM)in brain tumor patients,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up clinical work.Methods 62 cases of patients with brain tumors were received EEG and beam examination who were diagnosed in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013,analyzed the relationship between brain tumor location and the brain electrical topographic map,and compared the accuracy rate of EEG and beam on positioning tumor.Results There were 4 cases of normal and 58 cases of abnormal results in 62 cases of patients after BEAM analysis .Abnormal results showed there were 22 cases energy value was significantly higher ,theta energy values increased significantly 14 cases,two energy values were also significantly higher 15 cases,alpha energy values were significantly increased 5 cases,beta energy value was significantly higher 2 cases.The localization rate of benign tumor was 71.42%,the malignant tumor was 76.32%, and the metastasis was 66.67%.The accuracy of BEAM was significantly higher than that of EEG and was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The results of BEAM examination are not only positive than EEG,but also has high reference value in the localization and qualitative analysis.%目的:对比脑肿瘤患者脑电图(EEG)及脑电地形图(BEAM)的特点,进行对应分析,以便为后续的临床工作打下理论基础。方法对2010年1月-2013年12月我院确诊的62例脑肿瘤患者进行 EEG 及 BEAM 检查分析,对分析结果进行统计,分析脑肿瘤的部位与脑电地形图的定位关系,分析肿瘤性质与脑肿瘤的定位关系,并且将 EEG与 BEAM 的定位准确率进行对比。结果62例患者进行 BEAM 分析后发现,其中4例结果正常,58例结果异常。异常结果中δ能量值增高明显22例,θ能量值增高明显14例,两种能量值同时增高明显15例,α能量值增高明显5例,β能量值增高明显2例。良性肿瘤定位定侧率为71.42%,恶性肿瘤为76.32%,转移性为66.67%。BEAM 的定位准确率明显高于 EEG,且具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论BEAM 检查结果不仅阳性率较 EEG 高,而且在定位、定性方面同样具有较高的参考价值。
