The apparatus has a measuring unit which is provided in order to measure electric pulses of the human brain. A stimulation unit is controlled in dependence of measured values of measuring device through computer. The stimulating unit is provided with electrical attraction electrodes. The stimulating unit is made of plastic or form material. EEG is coupled with computer and/or stimulating unit through cables. An independent claim is included for method for stimulating subject.
