肾衰患者血浆 ADM、BNP、TGF-β1的浓度变化研究

摘要

目的：探讨肾衰患者血浆 ADM、BNP、TGF-β1的浓度变化研究。方法选取2012年3月至2013年9月于我院收治的肾衰竭患者64例，其中单纯性急性肾衰竭患者32例作为 ARF 组。慢性肾衰竭患者32例作为 CRF组。正常对照组选择32例健康志愿者。采集所有入选者休息状态下空腹外周静脉血6 ml，测定其血浆 ADM、BNP、TGF-β1浓度及血肌酐含量，并进行对比及相关性分析结果：①ARF 组、CRF 组的血浆 ADM、BNP、TGF-β1浓度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。②ARF 组和 CRF 组比较血浆 ADM、BNP、TGF-β1的浓度，无明显差异，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）③以血肌酐水平作为因变量，以 ADM、BNP、TGF-β1的浓度为自变量进行多元回归分析， ARF 组、CRF 组 BNP 与 ADM 与血肌酐水平呈正相关，TGF-β1与血肌酐呈负相关；回归系数分别为 ARF 组：0．697、0．859、－0．747；CRF 组：0．758、0．473、－0．964，P 值均＜0．01。结论肾衰患者血浆 ADM、BNP、TGF-β1的浓度均升高，且 BNP 与 ADM 与肾衰程度呈正相关，TGF-β1与肾衰程度呈负相关，对临床具有指导意义，值得临床推广。%Objective to investigate the plasma ADM renal failure patients,BNP,TGF-beta 1 concentration change research.Methods select in March 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital 64 cases of patients with renal failure,inclu-ding simple 32 patients with acute renal failure as a set of ARF.32 patients with chronic renal failure as CRF group. Normal control group selected 32 cases of healthy volunteers.Gathering all entrants at rest 6 ml peripheral venous blood,determination of the plasma ADM,BNP,TGF-beta 1 concentration and serum creatinine levels,and comparison and correlation analysis results:plasma ADM of ARF and CRF group,the BNP,TGF-beta 1 concentrations are higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).ARF and CRF group to compare the plas-ma ADM,concentration of BNP,TGF-beta 1,no obvious difference,there was no statistically significant difference (P >0.05)in serum creatinine levels as dependent variable,with ADM,BNP,TGF-beta 1 concentration as the independent variable multiple regression analysis,ARF and CRF group BNP and ADM and serum creatinine levels were positively correlated,TGF-beta 1 and negatively correlated with serum creatinine;Regression coefficients of ARF group respec-tively:0.697,0.859,0.747;CRF group:0.758,0.473,0.964,P values < 0.01.Conclusion renal failure patients plas-ma ADM,BNP,TGF-beta 1 concentration were increased,and the BNP and ADM and serum creatinine levels were positively correlated,TGF-beta 1 and negatively correlated with serum creatinine,to give a guidance of clinical,worth clinical promotion.
