红细胞分布宽度检验在慢性心衰患者早期诊断中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的：研究红细胞分布宽度检验在慢性心力衰竭患者早期诊断中的意义。方法以我院2010年11月-2013年11月间收治的100例慢性心力衰竭作为研究对象，首先按照心力衰竭程度将其划入Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级心力衰竭组，另同时选择40例在我院同期体检健康人群作为对照组，检测四组患者的红细胞分布宽度，分析该数据与慢性心力衰竭之间的关系；随后按照红细胞分布宽度数据将患者分为＜13．1％组、13．1％-14．5％组和＞14．5％组，对比三组患者最终病死率的差异。结果：①健康组、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级心力衰竭组的红细胞分布宽度数据分别为（11．63±0.71）％、（13．11±1．08）％、（14．31±1．52）％和（16．83±0．71）％，随着心力衰竭的程度提升，红细胞分布宽度越来越高，四组间比较，差异具备统计学意义（P＜0．05）；②红细胞分布宽度＜13．1％组、13．1％-14．5％组和＞14．5％组的死亡率分别为0．0％（0／45）、11．4％（4／35）、35．0％（7／20），红细胞分布宽度越大，患者的死亡率越高，，各组间病死率差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结果检测慢性心力衰竭患者红细胞分布宽度，对于明确其疾病程度具有重要的意义，能够指导我们有效地评价疾病进程及治疗效果。%Objective To study the significance of red blood cell distribution width test in early diagnosis in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 100 cases of chronic heart failure in our hospital in 2010 November-2013 year in November were treated as the research obj ect,first of all,according to the degree of heart failure put into II,III,IV heart failure group,the other while 40 cases in healthy people over the same period in our hospital physical examination as control group,four groups of patients with detection of red blood cell distribution width analysis of the relationship between the data,and chronic heart failure;then in accordance with the red cell distribution width data were divided into 13.1% groups,13.1% ~ 14.5% < and > 14.5% group group,the differences were compared between three groups and ultimately mortality rate.Results the red cell distribution width data of the healthy group,II,III,IV stage heart failure group were (11.63 + 0.71)%,(13.11 + 1.08)%,(14.31 + 1.52)% and (16.83 + 0.71)%,with the degree of heart failure promote,red cell distribution width is more and more high,the comparison between four groups,the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05);red blood cell distribution width is less than the 13.1% groups,13. 1% ~ 14.5% group and 14.5% group,mortality rates were 0% (0/45),11.4% (4/35),35% (7/20),red cell distri-bution width is large,the mortality of patients with more among the groups,the mortality rate is high,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of chronic heart failure patients with red cell distri-bution width,is of great significance to clarify the extent of the disease,can guide us to effectively evaluate the progress of the disease and treatment effect.
