血清和卵泡液抗苗勒管激素在IVF-ET中的检测价值

摘要

Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum and follicular anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH)in patients with non-PCOS (infertility polycystic ovary syndrome)in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET)and its clinical value.Methods Selected for IVF-ET patients (non-PCOS causes infertility)a total of 103 cases,according to the number of oocytes were divided into low-ovulation group,normal group,high-egg group.On the 3rd day of natu-ral menstrual cycle,serum AMH value of ovulation day and transplantation day and AMH value of follicular fluid were detected.According to statistical methods to analyze the relationship between the number of oocytes and clinical preg-nancy and AMH levels.Results The number of follicles and the total number of embryos in three groups of low ovum group,normal group and high ovulation group were statistically different (P <0.05).On the third day of natural men-strual cycle,the ovulation day AMH levels in follicular fluid and AMH levels in follicular fluid were all lower than those in control group (all P <0.05)Group than non-pregnancy group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Serum and follicular fluid AMH levels can be used as an index to predict the number of oocytes,while the level of follicular fluid AMH levels associated with clinical pregnancy,pregnancy prediction can be used as an index.%目的 探讨非多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中血清和卵泡液抗苗勒管激素(AMH)与临床结果的预测价值.方法 选取进行IVF-ET患者(非PCOS原因不孕)共103例,根据获卵数分为低获卵组、正常组、高获卵组.检测自然月经周期第3天、取卵日和移植日血清AMH值以及卵泡液AMH值.依据统计学方法分析获卵数及临床妊娠与AMH水平的关系.结果 低获卵组、正常组、高获卵组三组间窦卵泡数、总胚胎数在各组间比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);三组自然月经周期第3天、取卵日和移植日血清AMH值以及卵泡液AMH水平存在差异,均为低获卵组<正常组<高获卵组,组间成对比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);卵泡液AMH水平妊娠组高于非妊娠组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血清和卵泡液AMH水平可作为预测获卵数的指标,而卵泡液AMH水平高低与临床妊娠具有相关性,可作为预测妊娠结局的指标.
