胰腺癌纳米刀消融参数的设置原则与临床应用

摘要

Nanoknife (irreversible electroporation) has demonstrated to be a safe and effective approach to tumor ablation,and plays a prominent role in application of treatment of pancreatic carcinoma,specifically locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma (LAPC).The complicated parameters of Nanoknife comparatively is still difficult.The advantage,optimal selection,adequate parameters regarding Nanoknife were reviewed in this article.%纳米刀(不可逆电穿孔)已被证实为一项安全、有效的肿瘤消融治疗方法,近年其在局部晚期胰腺癌治疗中的应用体现出明显优势,但是对纳米刀相对复杂的消融技术参数的选择和应用还存在一定困难.本文主要对纳米刀消融术在胰腺癌治疗中的优势、消融方式选择以及消融参数设定等进行综述.
