冠心胶囊对冠心病介入术后患者血清胱抑素C及尿β2-微球蛋白的影响

摘要

目的 观察冠心胶囊对冠心病介入术后患者肾功能指标血清胱抑素C(Cys C)及尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平的影响.方法 将64例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,各32例,两组疗程均为7 d,疗程结束后评定疗效.结果 治疗组与对照组比较,患者Cys C、尿β2-MG水平在治疗前、介入后48 h无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在介入后7 d,Cys C水平治疗组为(0.86±0.14) g/L明显低于对照组(0.94±0.29) g/L(P<0.01),尿β2-MG水平治疗组为(0.19±0.16) g/L明显低于对照组(0.33±0.27) g/L(P<0.01).结论 冠心胶囊能明显降低Cys C、尿β2-MG含量,有减少碘对比剂急性肾损害的作用.%Objective To investigate the effect of Guanxin capsule on cystain C and urine β2 - microglobulin(β2 - MG) in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods Sixty- four patients were randomly divided into two groups:Control group(n= 32) treated with routine western medicine therapy,and treatment group(n= 32) treated with Guanxin capsule for 7days. Results After treatment,the level of cystain Candurine β2-MG had no change compared with that before administration in two groups(P＞0.05). At 7 days,the level of cystain C and urine β2 - MG in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.01). Conclusion Guanxin capsule had effect on contrast - induced acute kidney injury after PCI by reducing the level of cystain C and urine β2- MG.
