针刺联合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：观察小儿脑瘫采用针刺联合康复训练的临床治疗效果。方法选取2012年5月—2013年12月住院及门诊治疗的54例脑瘫患儿。按照随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用针刺治疗；观察组采用针刺联合康复训练治疗。观察两组患儿治疗前后粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)与Barthel指数评估情况。结果两组治疗前GMFM评分和Barthel指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，观察组 GMFM评分和 Barthel指数与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比单纯针刺治疗小儿脑瘫，针刺联合康复训练效果更佳，可改善患儿肢体运动功能，提高患儿日常生活质量。%Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation training children cerebral palsy. Methods Fifty four children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups:Control group treated with acupuncture treatment,and treatment group treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation training.The scores of gross motor function scale(GMFM)and the Barthel index were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of GMFM and Barthel index before the treatment between two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the scores of GMFM and Barthel index after treatment between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture and rehabilitation training can improve the limb motor function and the quality of life in in-fantile cerebral palsy,and its effect is better than simple acupuncture treatment.
