基于中医传承辅助系统分析李秋恒教授治疗胸痹心痛用药规律

摘要

Objective To analyze Li Qiuheng's herbal administration experience for thoracic obstruction syndrome based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS V2.5).Methods The prescriptions used for thoracic obstruction syndrome by Li Qiuheng were collected and logged into TCMISS V2.5 and we use principle analysis revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze the composing principles of prescriptions.Results The frequency of each herb and the association rules among the herbs were found out,14 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions were excavated from the database about the analysis of 111 prescriptions.Conclusion Li Qiuheng chief physician treats thoracic obstruction syndrome by pungent and sweet which can warm and smooth blood,and by benefiting qi for activating blood circulation,and at the same time pays attention to reconcile camp,liver and stomach.%目的 基于中医传承辅助系统软件(V2.5)分析李秋恒教授治疗胸痹心痛的用药规律.方法 收集李秋恒门诊治疗胸痹心痛的医案,录入"中医传承辅助系统",采用该软件集成的规则分析、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析李秋恒治疗胸痹的用药经验.结果 对筛选出的111首处方进行分析,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,演化得到核心组合14个、新处方7个.结论 李秋恒教授治疗胸痹心痛以辛甘温通,益气活血立法,并注重调和营卫,疏肝和胃.
