益气活血经验方加减对糖尿病周围神经病变病人血糖、血脂及神经传导速度的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi Huoxue prescription (YHP) on blood glucose,blood lipid,nerve conduction veloci-ty in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with diabetic peripheral neuropa-thy from March 2012 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups:control group ( n=63) treated with routine treatment,and treatment group ( n=63) treated with routine treatment and YHP for 8 weeks. The levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,and clinical effi-cacy were observed. Results The the efficacy and total clinical effective rate were 47.62% and 90.48% in treatment group,which were significantly higher than that in control group (28.57% and 74.60% , P＜0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment,fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2-hour plasma glucose (2 h-PG),HbA1c,total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and triglycerides (TG) in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly higher than that before treatment ( P＜0.05). The above indicators improved significantly better in treatment group than that in control group (P＜0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment,the nerve conduction velocity of bilateral median nerve and posterior tibial nerve were significantly higher than those before treatment ( P＜0.05),which were significantly better in treatment group than that in control group ( P＜0.05). Conclusion YHP can reduce the level of blood lipid and improve the curative effect in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.%目的 观察益气活血经验方加减对糖尿病周围神经病变病人血糖、血脂及神经传导速度的影响.方法 选取 2012年 3月我院收治的—2015年 3月 126例糖尿病周围神经病变病人,分成观察组与对照组,每组 63例.对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气活血经验方治疗,治疗8周后观察两组血糖、血脂水平变化,比较两组临床疗效.结果 治疗8周后,对照组显效率 28.57% 、总有效率 74.60% ,观察组显效率 47.62% 、总有效率 90.48% ,观察组显效率、总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗 8周后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后 2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均显著低于治疗前,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著高于治疗前(P＜0.05),治疗8周后观察组血糖、血脂指标改善程度显著优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组治疗 8周后双侧正中神经、胫后神经传导速度均显著高于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 益气活血经验方能显著改善糖尿病周围神经病变病人血脂水平,提高临床疗效.
