复方银杏胶囊对阴虚阳亢证高血压病病人中医证候及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 观察复方银杏胶囊对阴虚阳亢证高血压病病人中医证候和生活质量的作用.方法 选取58例符合纳入标准的病人随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组29例.对照组予常规西药降压治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方银杏胶囊(2粒,每日2次),治疗1个月.观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分及生活质量情况.结果 治疗1个月后,对照组总有效率为44.38％,治疗组为86.21％,治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.01);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后中医证候积分均有所下降(P＜0.01),与对照组治疗比较,治疗组中医证候积分下降更为明显(P ＜0.05),与治疗前比较,对照组在心理、社会、环境、总分四方面的积分有所增加(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),治疗组则在生理、心理、社会、环境、总分五个方面的积分有所增加(P ＜0.05或P＜0.01),与对照组比较,治疗组在生理、心理、社会、环境、总分五个方面的积分增加更为明显(P ＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 在常规西医降压基础上,加用复方银杏胶囊可以改善阴虚阳亢证高血压病病人中医证候和生活质量.%Objective To explore the effects of compound Yinxing capsule (CYC) on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome and quality of life (QOL) in hypertensive patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome.Methods Fifty-nine hypertensive patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:control group treated with routine anti-hypertension medication,and treatment group treated with routine anti-hypertension medication plus CYC for 1 month.The scores of TCM syndrome and QOL were observed before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy was evaluated in two group.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group (86.21％ vs 44.38％,P ＜0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,TCM syndrome scores were decreased in post-treatment in two group(P ＜0.01),which was lower in treatment group than that in control group (P ＜0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,the scores of Psychological health,Social relationships,Environmental health and total score increased in control group(P ＜0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).The scores of Physical health,Psychological health,Social relationships,Environmental health and total score increased in treatment group (P ＜0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).The scores of Physical health,Psychological health,Social relationships,Environmental health and total score in treatment group were higher than that in control group (P ＜0.05 or P ＜0.01).Conclusion CYC and routine anti-hypertension medication can ameliorate TCM syndrome and QOL in hypertensive patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome.
