The CuY-zeolites were prepared by ion-exchange method, and characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Then the adsorption of tetracycline on CuY-zeolites was investigated. The exchanged copper does not affect the crystalline phase and skeleton of the Y-zeolite. Adsorption kinetic of tetracycline on CuY-zeolite could be well described by the pseudo-second order kinetic model. Adsorption experimental results show that tetracycline adsorption on CuY-zeolite is much stronger than adsorption on Y-zeolite. Additionally, the adsorption increases with increasing copper content and temperature. The pH value of the solution significantly affects the tetracycline adsorption on CuY-zeolite, in an order of neutral > alkaline > acidic.%采用离子交换法制备了不同交换量的CuY分子筛吸附剂.分别使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)对其进行表征,并研究了其对四环素的吸附性能.XRD结果表明,交换上的Cu2+不影响Y分子筛的晶型和骨架结构.四环素在CuY分子筛上吸附动力学符合伪二级动力学模型.吸附实验结果表明:四环素在CuY分子筛的吸附明显强于Y分子筛,并且其吸附量随着Cu2+交换量增加以及温度的升高而增大;溶液的pH值对CuY分子筛吸附四环素的影响较大,其吸附大小顺序为中性>碱性>酸性.
