Objective To conduct a systematic review with evidence collected from randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and moxibustion for chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Methods Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (central) on the Cochrane Library, Chinese Biomedical Database, CNKI and VIP were retrieved. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of acupuncture for CFS in rencent 10 years were included. The quality of trials was evaluated and meta-analysis was performed. Results Altogether 7 papers of clinical study were enrolled. Heterogenous tests were conducted for the result of the 7 studies, as result, *2=36.83, P<0.000 01. The random effect model was used for statistical analysis, after combination, OR=4.84, confidence interval of 95% was [2.30-10.20]. The rhombus was located at the right side of the medium line. After Z test, 2=4.15, P<0.00001, the therapeutic effect and the cured rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Literature of the present limited studies showed that acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of CFS indicators was better than the control group. However, in view of the literature included in the study for less quantity and lower quality, the argument strength is limited by the need of more high-quality research evidence to enable a higher intensity. It is necessary to further development of high-quality, large sample, randomized clinical controlled trials to evaluate the efficacy and safety.%目的 系统评价针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的有效性和安全性.方法 从Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库和中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)中检索近10年来针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的随机对照试验,对纳入研究的质量进行评价,并进行Meta分析.结果 共有7篇临床研究文献入选.对7项研究结果 进行异质性检验,结果 x2= 36.83,P＜0.000 01.采用随机效应模型进行统计分析,合并后OR值为4.84,95%可信区间为[2.30 - 10.20],菱形位于中间线的右侧,经Z检验,Z=4.15,P＜0.000 01.治疗组和对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义,即针灸治疗的疗效明显优于对照组.结论 目前有限的纳入文献研究显示,针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效指标优于对照组.但鉴于可供纳入研究文献较少,质量较低,使论证强度受到一定限制,尚需更多高质量的研究以使证据强度更高,有必要进一步开展高质量、大样本、随机临床对照试验评价其疗效和安全性.
