反相高效液相色谱法测定复方烧烫伤搽剂中黄芩苷和白藜芦醇苷的含量

摘要

Objective To develop a quantitative method to determining baicalin and polydatin simultaneously in compound Bum Wound-Curing liniment by RP-HPLC. Methods The seperation was performed on a column Diamonsil ODS (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile (A) and 0.05％ H3PO4 (B) with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the wavelength at 310 nm. The temperature was 30 ℃. Results For baicalin, the calibration curve was linear (r=0.999 6) in the range of 0.107～0.856 μg, the average recovery was 100.6％ (RSD=l.16％). For polydatin, the calibration curve was linear (r=0.999 8) in the range of 0.193～1.544 μg, the average recovery was 100.1％ (RSD= 1.27％). Conclusion The method was sensitive, accurate and can be used in the quality control of compound Bum Wound-Curing liniment.%目的 建立同时测定复方烧烫伤搽剂中黄芩苷和白藜芦醇苷含量的方法.方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil ODS色谱柱(2 00 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈(A)和0.05%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:306 nm;柱温:30℃.结果 黄芩苷的线性范围为0.1 07～0.856 ug(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为100.6%,RSD=1.16%;白藜芦醇苷的线性范围为0.193～1.544 ug(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=1.27%.结论 本方法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可用于复方烧烫伤搽剂的质量控制.
