一测多评技术在热痹消颗粒质量评价中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To establish the methodological study pattern of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS), and examine its feasibility and technical applicability in the quality control of compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine-Rebbriao granule. Methods With Rebixiao granule as the subject, we got the relative correction factors of Berberine, Phellodendrine, Jatrorrhizine and Palmatime. All these factors were applied to content determination of the four alkaloids to reach the goal of QAMS. At the same time, external standard method was used to determine the four alkaloids so that we could compare the calculated values with measured ones. Results The methodological study pattern of QAMS of the four alkaloids in Rebixiao granule was established. No significant differences were found between the calculated results by QAMS and the measured results by external standard method. Conclusion QAMS is a feasible method to control the quality of Rebixiao granule with Berberine, Phellodendrine, Jatrorrhizine and Palmatime as indexes.%目的 建立一测多评法的方法学考察方式,验证该方法在中药复方制剂热痹消颗粒质量控制中应用的可行性和技术适用性.方法 以热痹消颗粒为研究对象,建立小檗碱与黄柏碱、药根碱、巴马汀的相对校正因子,并将该校正因子应用于上述4种生物碱的含量测定,实现一测多评;同时采用外标法测定4种生物碱的含量,比较计算值与实测值的差异.结果 建立了热痹消颗粒中4种生物碱类成分一测多评法方法学的考察模式,一测多评法对不同的色谱柱和仪器的计算值与外标法实测值之间没有明显差异.结论 以黄柏碱、药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱为指标,采用一测多评法控制热痹消颗粒质量是可行的.
