张培彤应用六君二母汤治疗晚期恶性淋巴瘤验案三则

摘要

恶性淋巴瘤来源于淋巴网状组织，与免疫关系密切，主要发生于淋巴结，也可发生于淋巴结外和非淋巴组织。西医治疗恶性淋巴瘤常在化疗和放疗后很快复发。中医药不仅在放化疗期间可起到减毒增效作用，对防治放化疗后的复发及转移也有很好作用。中国中医科学院广安门医院肿瘤科张培彤教授运用六君二母汤化裁，对恶性淋巴瘤有较好的疗效。本文总结了张教授运用六君二母汤化裁的临床经验。%Malignant lymphoma comes from the lymphoid tissues, which is closely related to immune. The tumor occurs mainly in lymph nodes, but also can occur in the lymph nodes and non-lymphoid tissues. Western medicine treatment for lymphoma is often recurrence after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. TCM not only can play a role in reducing toxicity and increasing the effect of chemotherapy, but also has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of recurrence and metastasis.
