炭血清玻片凝集试验诊断军团病杆菌的实验研究

摘要

本文报道用炭血清玻片凝集试验诊断LDB,实验证明该法是一种简便、快速、特异的诊断方法.利用本法能检查标本中全菌抗原和可溶性抗原,并可对LDB作玻片凝集试验进行血清分型和纯菌的初步鉴定.实验指出制备理想的LDB炭血清,必须免疫质量好,效价高的血清,可提高试验的敏感性,才能获得满意的结果.%This paper reports the result of experiment of Carbon Agglutination Test use4 for the diagnosis of Legionnaires disease.The results of our experiments demontrate that this method has many advantages,such as simplicity, rapidity and specifioity.We can detect the whole bacteria antigen and soluble antigen in mpeeimens,identify the pure culture and differentiate between the different sero-types of the Legionella by this method.In order to prepare an ideal carbon-anti-serum of the LDB, the high titer anti-serum should be used so that better results could be obtained.
